"Not only his looks resemble the young Gilles Peterson, there's also something about his taste (jazz, soul, breakbeats, latin, afro-classic and contemporary) and obviously about the endless energy with which he finds, selects, plays & promotes his music." (Style)
"Overqualified!" (Universal Music)
What began in 1996 with Drum'n'Bass and TripHop on one side and Jazz on the other has become a freestyle institution. His openminded and unpretentious way to play his mixture that combines Funk, Soul, Jazz, Latin, Reggae and Afro with modern clubbeats from House to Drum'n'Bass, from MashUps to Boogie and Detroit and from HipHop to Broken Beats rocks souls, minds and bodies. For m.path.iq the most important things are the soul and the groove of the music and a people that don't need one dancefloor command or cheap hit after the other. Word!
His diversity made him play the Jazzfest Berlin and the Kingz Of The Jungle. He played and worked with Goldie, Storm, Jazzanova, Radio Citizen, Bugz In The Attic, Henrik Schwarz, Bugge Wesseltoft, Jimi Tenor, Rockers Hifi, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Marcus Intalex, Manuel Tur and many more.)
